For those I haven’t had the chance to say it to yet – Happy New Year. Although not the start we were hoping for let’s pray that with these vaccines over the next few months we begin to see a renewed hope ahead of us.

Due to the new Lockdown although we are technically able to meet most of our churches have decided that, for the sake of people’s safety, there will be no in-person worship at this time. Mursley will be continuing to hold services in church each week, these will be a maximum ½ hour. We don’t really want to encourage too much travelling between the villages as again this increases risk but if you are thinking about attending at Mursley and don’t on a regular basis please do make contact with the Church Wardens first.

With this we will be back to weekly services via Zoom, this week then we have:
10:00 – Zoom, morning prayer
11:00 – Mursley, Family Service

The collect and readings for this Sunday can be downloaded below:

Our next Zoom Coffee Morning will be Wednesday 20th, 10:30.

God bless
Simon, Rector

Covid instructions

We are again in Lockdown: ‘Stay at Home’. The rules for Public Worship on distancing, scanning-in or registering. and wearing face coverings remain unchanged, whether or not you have been vaccinated.

But do remember that just because we can gather as church in person does not mean we should. Please consider meeting online if you are unsure, or follow one of the diocesan worship resources.
